Her expertise in company formation involves extensive experience in deciding which free zone or mainland is preferable based on client nature of business, future expansion, investments involved, budget, etc as every available free zone or mainland has its own advantages and disadvantages based on location, pricing, ease in processes, availability of resources, etc

Ragini Lodha is a Chartered Accountant having 22+ years of experience with large business conglomerates in entertainment, leisure and FMCG sector.

She has expertise in IFRS, consolidation and finalization of accounts. She has worked in senior leadership roles in multinational companies and strategized to optimize MIS, CAPEX planning, budgeting and variance analysis.
